Mini-Group Discount!
Your group may be eligible to receive a mini-group discount.
The prices below are the discount prices for special groups.
Eligible groups include any tax-exempt group or non- tax-exempt group with proper i.d./uniforms and/or group sanctioned approval such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Royal Rangers, FFA, 4-H, Campfire Girls and Boys, Boys and Girls Clubs, Home School Groups (with certification), Religious organizations, YMCA groups, School clubs, Community Service Clubs, City and County Recreation groups, Military personnel, and Fraternal Organizations. See Group Guidelines at bottom for details.

Brownville Run/Half Day/10 mile or Gardner Run/Full Day/16 mile:
$35.50* per canoe for two people ($4.50 off regular price)

Overnight Run/23, 16, or 10 miles:
$67.50* per canoe for two people for two days and one night
($7.50 off regular price)
Each additional day, add $22.00*
No minimum number of canoes required for mini-group discount. To be eligible for discount, a copy of the tax-exempt certificate must presented at check-in or be on file with Canoe Outpost. If not tax-exempt some other organization i.d. will be required. Scouts must have copy of tax certificate, have scout I.D. cards, or be in uniform (Class A or Class B) at time of trip check-in. Paddle trip must be sanctioned by the tax-exempt organization or other organization to be eligible for discount and a letter from organization may be required.

This discount is for any type of group with 10 or more canoes. Friends, co-workers, family, scouts, church etc. See Group Guidelines at bottom for details.

Brownville Run/Half Day/10 mile or Gardner Run/Full Day/16 mile:
$33.50* per canoe for two people ($6.50 off reg. price)

Overnight Run/23, 16, or 10 miles:
$65.00* per canoe for two people for two days and one night.
($10.00 off reg. price)
Each additional day, add $20.00*, Two free seatbacks to group leaders of 10 or more canoes.

Group Guidelines

	* All prices plus State Sales Tax of 7% unless tax-exempt. Make sure to bring a copy of tax-exempt certificate or send one.
	Prices based on one canoe/two people. Extra person as 3rd person in the canoe: Kids, 12 & under are free, 13 & older add $10.00* per day per canoe.
	Only one discount applies at any time.
	Price includes canoe, lifejacket for each person, boat cushion for each person, two paddles per canoe, river maps, transportation, use of facilities, and parking.
	Reservations are required. Call 800-268-0083 or e-mail Peace Paddler for a group packet, which will be mailed or faxed (Sign-up, Guidelines, Credit Card Authorization, Fine Print, and whatever else you request). Please let us know which run you want, what kind of group, tax exemption status, whether overnight or day run, whether you need camping gear, and any other info you think we might need to make sure we get the right packet to you. Group Guidelines and Group Sign-ups are now available in PDF format for those already familiar with our group information and don't need an entire packet. E-mail Peace Paddler and we'll forward the information to you.
	One person (Group Leader) is in charge and collects all signatures and money for the group.
	Completed sign-up to be returned day of trip with signatures of all people including kids that can read and write.
	Deposit: $10.00 per canoe for day runs or $20.00 per canoe for overnight runs due 10 days before trip or on credit card hold, non-refundable if no notification of cancellation of trip is given within 48 hours prior to departure. Or send in a completed and signed CCA. See outfitted canoe information for deposit if outfitted.
	Individuals cannot sign-in and/or pay separately and receive discount, must pay full price. This includes credit card charges. If you don't pay the group leader, you pay full price at the window, no exceptions. Don't jeopardize the group discount for the rest of the group. Group guidelines require that one person check-in with all the signatures and money. You pay separate and the group may not have the correct number of canoes to receive the discount.
	Sorry, no un-chaperoned youth groups or underage individuals allowed.
	Canoe Outpost accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, and business checks, no personal checks.
	$10.00 will be charged for each lost or damaged paddle, cushion, or lifejacket.
	No discount on camping gear, outfitting, or transportation/parking
	If there are outfitted canoes within the group, the outfitted canoes count toward the total count, but outfitted canoes receive no discount. Personal canoes do not count as part of the group count.

	Besides their regular group discounts, Canoe Outpost-Peace River also offers a weekday $4.00 off any run to firefighters, military personnel, law enforcement officers, and EMT/EMS staff with proof of profession. No minimum number of canoes, applicable to all runs.
	Seniors, 55 and over, can receive $3.00 off per boat on weekdays, just show us proof of age or your AARP card. One senior discount per boat. No minimum number of canoes, applicable to all runs.
	Show your AAA card and receive $4.00 off each of the first two canoes or kayaks rented on day runs.
	Summer Time Paddle Special. Special pricing available for City and County Recreation groups. $10.50 per kid for a paddle trip. $12.50 per kid for a paddle trip and a hot dog roast. Leaders/Staff are free. Call 800-268-0083 for details. We love kids and are a member of FRPA!
