Any of these companies will be glad to work with you to cater a meal for your group at the Canoe Outpost in Arcadia or Oak Hill or you can arrange for the caterer of your choice You make the arrangements with the caterers, just make sure the Outpost knows. As long as you're renting at least 10 canoes there is no charge for the use of Outpost facilities. The Outpost in Arcadia has a covered pavilion, grills, stainless steel serving table, electricity, water (if requested), refrigerator at office for food storage, plenty of picnic tables, lots of shady parking, large grassy field for games, and a volleyball net, located right on the banks of the river. Restrooms are close by. The picnicking at Oak Hill is wilderness (double check with the caterer first) but arrangements can be made to reserve a area close to the portable toilets and picnic tables. If camping out a Oak Hill, catering can also be an option.
